Mission Statement
The Villanova University Shop is the institutionally
owned on-campus provider of retail services for Villanova
University. We are committed to developing effective
leadership in our management team and to exceeding the
service expectations of our customers in our operational
procedures, merchandise mix and
pricing policy. Recognizing that we are a public focal
point with a responsibility to enhance the image and
identity of Villanova University we will strive to offer
quality merchandise, in a timely manner, at competitive
prices and in an atmosphere that reflects the unique
tradition and values of this institution. Our merchandise
mix will support the academic pursuits and cultural life
of the University community and will therefore include:
coursebooks, reference and trade books, insignia
sportswear and gift items, personal and convenience
products and academic supplies. We have a financial
responsibility to Villanova University to generate a
positive fiscal position annually while maintaining a
high level of professional service.
